The Nursery is open from
8am until 6pm Monday to Friday all year round. There are a variety of sessions.
There is a choice of whether a child attends for the 51 weeks or term time
only, subject to availability. The nursery operates on two floors with our
youngest children on the ground floor and the older children on the upper
floor. The children are supplied with a hot meal at lunch time. For children
who attend the early morning session a breakfast is provided and if a child
attends the late session then tea is also provided. These meals are all included
in the fees. Subject to availability children will be accepted from the age
of 2 years. The government funds children the term after their third birthday
for 5 sessions a week to cover educational programme until they enter school.
This funding covers 38 weeks a year.

Staff
Mrs Belinda Wakelin who holds the A.D.C.E. and N.N.E.B. Certificates runs the Nurseries. She is also an assessor for the N.V.Q. Mrs Kim Ginn who holds the post of Deputy assists Mrs Wakelin in the running of the Nurseries. Mrs Ginn holds an N.N.E.B. Certificate and N.V.Q Level 4 Management Studies. The finely balanced teams of experienced and qualified staff are as follows:

Each session is
run by a minimum of four members of staff with a qualified First Aider in
attendance.
