Witham Nursery
The Nursery is open from 8am until 6pm Monday to Friday all year round. There are a variety of sessions. There is a choice of whether a child attends for the 51 weeks or term time only, subject to availability. The nursery operates on two floors with our youngest children on the ground floor and the older children on the upper floor.
The children are supplied with a hot meal at lunch time. For children who attend the early morning session a breakfast is provided and if a child attends the late session then tea is also provided. These meals are all included in the fees.
Subject to availability children will be accepted from the age of 2 years. The government funds children the term after their third birthday for 15 hours a week for 38 weeks a year these sessions an be taken flexibly over 38 or 51 weeks. There is additional funding for 3 and 4 year old children whose parents meet specific financial requirements, see www.childcarechoices.gov.uk. We accept funding for 2 year olds who meet criteria as specified by Essex County Council.
